Will you pick up and deliver my rugs?

Absolutely! We want to make the process convenient for you - just contact us or fill out a service request form to make sure you’re within our service area.

How often should I get my rugs cleaned?

It depends on how often your rugs are being used. For rugs that are heavily trafficked (kitchen rugs, mud room rugs, hallway rugs) we recommend a cleaning every six months to two years. For moderately used rugs (living room or dining room rugs) we recommend a cleaning every 2-5 years, and for rarely used rugs (in a spare room) we recommend a cleaning every 5-6 years.

Are the detergents used to clean safe for my family and pets?

Of course!  We want you to use and enjoy your rugs.  Everything we use is safe for your family and pets. When you receive your rugs back they will be “neutral” and free of any cleansers or residue. Your rugs will be clean and safe for all the members of your home.

Can only older rugs be cleaned or can you clean modern rugs?

We can clean anything! Machine made, handmade, modern or heirloom - we can clean your rug for you. Just call us or fill out a service request form.

How long will it take for my rug to be cleaned?

It varies depending on the time of year, but our process generally takes 2-3 weeks. If there are extensive repairs or your rug needs additional cleanings it can take slightly longer, but we will keep you updated if your rug takes longer than the typical 3-week period.

Can you wrap my clean rug for storage?

Absolutely! We have methods of wrapping your rug that will keep them clean but also allow them to breathe to keep them free of any mildew or mold.
