Frequent Asked Questions

Do you offer pick-up and delivery?
Yes.  Our pick-up and delivery area is centered on our plant in Watertown and encompasses much of the western Greater Boston area.  Please "contact us" for availablilty of this service in your area.

My rug is delicate, can you still clean it?
Most of the time yes.  Every rug is evaluated individually and we can adjust our cleaning processes to give you a thorough cleaning while protecting the condition of your rug

Do you wrap rugs?
We don't normally wrap rugs after cleaning.  However, if you would like your rugs wrapped for storage, shipping or another purpose we can do that for you.  We use a product similar to tyvek house wrap, which allows the rugs to breathe while being durable.
 

Do you store rugs?
 We do not store rugs.  Our building is not large enough to accommodate rugs left for extended periods
 


Can you tell me how much my rug is worth?
We are happy to give you a verbal appraisal of what we think your rugs are worth for free when they come into our plant.  If you need a formal written appraisal we can do that as well for a fee.

When someone beats a rug, the blows are not against the rug, but against the dust in it.
